Why was my profile picture or bio rejected?

Throughout the verification process, we want to make sure that...


... you are what you say you are. This means, if you say in your profile that you are a woman, your verification picture should match that information.

... you have the consent of everyone in the content you post. This means, if you have a couple's profile, we need verification pictures of both of you.

... you are 18 years old.


You don't need to show your whole face, but the profile picture should clearly represent you. That means that your verification picture should match the information from your verification. For example, if you are a man, don't use female body parts in your profile picture. If you are single, don't state that you are a couple in the bio text.


If you are a man and use a profile picture that identifies as male and if you mention your gender in the bio text, this would be acceptable.


 Please do not leave your profile bio empty if you go through verification.
