You don't need to show your whole face, but the profile picture should clearly represent you. That means that your verification picture should match the information from your verification. For example, if you are a man, don't use female body parts in your profile picture. If you are single, don't state that you are a couple in the bio text.
If you are a man and use a profile picture that identifies as male and if you mention your gender in the bio text, this would be acceptable.
Please do not leave your profile bio empty if you go through verification.
